This package is everything you need to start sous vide cooking.
FreshMealsMagic (FMM) is the world’s first submersion heater and bubbler developed specifically for professional sous vide cooking.
The FMM sous vide kit consists of:
- SousVideMagic 1500D HD controller with two sensors (extra sensor for backup or other uses)
- FreshMealsMagic (FMM): integrated submersion heater (choice of 110V/1300W or 220V/1500W and air circulator;
- Air pump (110V);
- 22L food safe/heat resistant round polycarbonate pot.
- 20 SVM sealing rods and 50 sous vide bags of various sizes.
- Culinary butane torch
