FreshMealsMagic (FMM) is the world’s first submersion heater and air circulator developed specifically for professional sous vide cooking.
The FMM sous vide kit consists of:
- SousVideMagic (heavy duty (HD) version) with two water immersion HT sensors.
- FreshMealsMagic (FMM)- 1500W/220V heater and air tube circulator; SVM can support two FMM 1500W/220V submersion heaters for twin heating power (3000W)!
- Air pump (110V)
- Choice of 18L, 22L Round or 22L Rectangular food safe/heat resistant polycarbonate pot.*
