Two versions are avaailable: single and sandwiched.
They are recommended for sous vide practioners who demand professional performance from their sous vide baths.
They are designed to
- Securely place the SVM sensor to the bottom of the pot for accurate measurement of bath temperature
- Prevent sensor in contact with cold food pouches thus eliminating instances of false readings
- Allow convected water current to flow through with greater force
- Housing (Sandwiched version) tube air diffusor for effective water circulation.
A simple plate but will do a lot to improve sous vide performace.
