Fresh Meals Solutions (FMS) Return and Refunds Policy and Warranty
Thanks for your interest in the products and services of Fresh Meals Solutions ("FMS").
30 Day Return Policy:
Shipping and handling charges and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to FMS. If you return Product to FMS (a) without a RMA from FMS, (b) beyond the 15 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, FMS retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 1 week for FMS to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
All return goods must
use local postal system (No FEDEX, UPS or DHL) and
clearly marked "Return to Original Supplier for Refund - No Commercial Value".
Please also label your return equipment with your name and address, so it does not get lost in our lab.
One Year Limited Warranty
FMS warrants the Product, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of One Year (365) DAYS from the date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Under this Limited Warranty, if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by FMS within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, FMS will either (1) repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (2) exchange the Product with a new or refurbished Product. In the event of a defect, to the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies.
Sensor: We always ship our sous vide controller with two sensors, the extra sensor is our way of honoring the warranty of only one sensor in case it fails during the first 12 month period.
A replacement Product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Instructions- Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by FMS. In accordance with applicable law, FMS may require that you furnish proof of purchase details before receiving warranty service.
This Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of returning the Product to FMS or vice versa; this is your responsibility.
